LEDA is a 5-Step Coaching System that is rooted in the principles of Lean Management.
The LEDA Coaching System has been designed to provide leaders at all levels within your organisation with the essential coaching skills they need to maximise the performance of their teams and to produce consistent, enhanced results.
Our learning design recognises the need for all new learning to be put into practice and to be developed and embedded through ongoing practice.
We begin by establishing the right mindset to lead multi-generational, culturally diverse teams. This programme builds up the specific skills needed to develop a leadership toolkit that managers can use every day with their teams.
We emphasise the fact that real learning only takes place when managers try to put the skills into practice in work-based situations. This is why our programme uses work-based practice drills to ensure participants apply the learning and see the benefits for themselves.
